Handmade Original Mermaid Shell Collage Mosaic, titled Maiden Voyage. 8 by 10 Heavy Duty Cotton Canvas and sawtooth hanger. This collage has over 100 pieces of collected shells, beads, quartz crystal, starfish, glass baubles, sea glass, an abalone shell, driftwood, turquoise beads, sea life and a hand cast in clay and painted beautiful Mermaid. All treasures are permanently affixed with my on unique combination of adhesives which are unseen. The maiden is resting on a murex slice near a bed of seaweed (preserved moss). Much attention to detail goes into this piece. The canvas is primed and painted in lite turquoise and covered in paper, mostly unseen. Very dimensional. There are no resin or fake shells anywhere on this original art. An ocean themed, beautiful addition to any décor. Please only display indoors as piece is not waterproof.
